Before your appointment, a CT scan is utilized to virtually design your implant surgery and your teeth prior to your treatment appointment. Unlike traditional forms of implant dentures, the all-on-four implants technique strives to avoid bone grafting specifically in the posterior jaw. In some cases of extreme jaw bone loss, there may be no option but to consider some bone grafting if absolutely necessary.
